1. About us
This website (www.shhabibltd.com) is operated by SH Habib LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its address at 29 Bradfield Drive, Barking IG11 9AW, United Kingdom. Email: shhabibltd@gmail.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean SH Habib LTD, and "you" means the customer.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on our website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return and Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
3. Our products
We sell beauty and skincare products, leather goods, clothing, fashion accessories, home and garden items and kitchenware. Product images are for illustration; colours and packaging may vary slightly. Products are fulfilled and shipped by our partner suppliers, as explained in our Shipping Policy. If a product does not match its description, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Placing an order and contract
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order using the secure payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Your right to cancel and returns
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days. Some items, such as unsealed cosmetics and underwear, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Faulty goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us with your order number and photos.
9. Product use
Please read product labels and instructions before use. For beauty and skincare products, check the ingredient list and carry out a patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.
11. Website use and intellectual property
The content on this website belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for personal shopping purposes only. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners.

We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email shhabibltd@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those on our website when you placed it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
